When analyzing the data, researcher has found many ways that the Youngsters Abused to Drugs and the ways of influence on Youngsters to use Drugs. Government have the authority and the duty for prevent Youngsters from this Drug Problem. Therefore it is better to arrange Drug Awareness programs and give them knowledge and information about the long term effects of the usage of Drugs. Another way is to make awareness of the Youngsters is giving a propaganda about the negative effects of Drugs. Addition to that government can intervene with the school syllabus of the Youngsters and add there about Drugs, causes of Drugs and long term effects of Drugs and make new lessons as Alcoholism, Drug Abuse, ect, Most of the Tele dramas use alcoholic and smoking scenes in their drams. When a popular actor smokes, Youngsters see it and tend to imitate them. Most of the movies follow the same scene. Therefore, Government should interfere and stop and restricted those scenes to prevent Youngsters from the Drug Problem.Considering above things, government should implement new policies on Drug related activities. Government should increase the tax rate on these Alcohol, Cigarettes and other illegal brewery and Drugs. The government not only consider about the Youngsters but also should consider about their parents. Because most of the Youngsters follow their Parents and parents life styles. Therefore the government should rehabilitation activities for parents too.It has been revealed that most of the Alcohol and Cigarette companies mainly target the Youngsters for their Productions, since youngsters can easily catch for anything. So the government and non-government institutions should aware of that and should make intelligent strategies to prevent youngsters from those things. And also the government should encourage the institutions like National Dangerous Drug Control Board (NDDCB), Police Narcotic Bureau (PNB).5.3 LimitationsEven though the Drug problem is spread in all over the country, researcher is not in a position to cover all the areas of Sri Lanka. But if the researcher selected another area of Sri Lanka, the results would have change. Therefore it is a limitation that this study only combined to a particular area. The main hindrance of this study is no one does not want to categorized as a Drug Abused individual.
