help them keep their kids safe, and other information’s on digital parenting.
In the meantime, the most interesting form of innovative technologies are
introduced from the outside of the government, namely the private sector, civil
society and individual citizens. Empowered with more and more data, they
started thinking truly out of the box and offering various “government
hacks”. In this paper we are mainly focusing on the role of teachers and parents
in the digitalization.

INTRODUCTION

Digital technologies are a big data and
prognostic analytics are having a significant impact upon professional
practices at individual, organisational, national and international levels. We
believe that it’s our responsibility to use technology in a way that doesn’t
harm others and to be responsive of the impact that technology has our health, environment
and society at large. The interplay of code, algorithms and big data are
increasingly all encircling in the governing, leadership. Technology is part of
our daily lives, we have an obligation to use it and share it responsibly.

OBJECTIVE

*Role of teachers and parents in
digital responsibility will improve the character, health and education of the
students.

            *Digital responsibility will give
bright future for the students.

NEED
FOR THE STUDY

As newer generations are born into
a world where technology is so intricately woven throughout our lives, it is
becoming increasingly significant that young children start to learn “digital
responsibility”. Learning in a digital world has made learning both extremely
simple and infinitely complex at the same time.

SCOPE
OF THE STUDY

             Parents are the main gatekeepers
and managers of their teens’ internet experience. As parents are the most frequently
cited source of advice and the biggest influence on teens’ understanding of
appropriate and inappropriate digital behaviour. Parents are also responsible for
keeping their teens safe online and offline and have a number of tools at their
disposal to do so. They can also take concrete steps to monitor or make sure up
on their teen’s online activities.

1.
Talk with your child about ways to use
the internet and cell phones safely.

2.
Talk with your child about ways to behave
toward other people online or on the phone.

3.
Talk with your child what kinds of
things should and should not be shared

online or on a cell phone.

             4.  Check which websites your child visited.

             5.  Use parental controls to restrict your child’s
use of their cell phone.

In our digital world teachers have
become guides, mentors, role models, counsellors, and facilitators. They must
global citizens, ethics experts, and different critical thinkers. Teacher holds
some very critical roles in the modern innovative classroom that relate to
these tenets.

             1.
An understanding of technology and its profit/dangers to students.

             2.  Moral and ethical modelling that helps
students attain success and safety

                    in online and offline
environments.

3.
practice with many medium of technology
and communication.

In the intervening time, the most exciting
form of innovative technologies are introduced from the outside of the
government, namely the private sector, civil society and individual citizens.
Empowered with more and more facts, they started thinking truly out of the box
and offering various “government hacks”.

BENEFITS

Parenting in the modern age can be awe-inspiring
at times. Internet use can offer our families a lot of profit. With a small attempt
and well-thought out choices, it is possible to harness our technology to support
families bonds and connections. Parents who alike technology to our children
will be capable to allow our children to safely use the internet and hook up
the family unit. Twist to the internet for tutorials, explanations, and resources
to assist to join with tutor. Making use of technology to allow students the
freedom to discover suggestions to problems both independently and
collaboratively are a power for good quality. As educator teachers struggle for
students to engage with our subject beyond a exterior level. Technology places
the world in the hands of every student inside the limits of classroom. There
are many ways in which technology can be used in the classroom to connect in
students and facilitate exciting, engaging and interesting lessons. Allowing
yourself the chance to do something new and use technology as the tool can open
up a crave of treasures that hooks the attention of the student and once they
have that it can lead them anywhere. Learning is a procedure and it is part of
our daily lives. Current technology has made it simple for educators to learn
from anywhere using online education and mobile education. Also students now
use modern technology in classrooms to study well. For example, students use
iPods to share visual lessons and examples with peers in the classroom. This
has made learning more convenient and admirer. Also new modern educational
technologies support individual learning which gives a possibility to students
to learn on their own with no need of tutors. Technology has become very easy
to get access to related information at anytime anywhere. This has been achievable
because of modern technology like broadband internet. As technology is tricky,
it sparks the brain to toil to its full potential. Modern technology has blessed
us with superior communication technology tools. It gives us knowledge and
information. The use of technology is increased day by day, we all depend on
technology and we use various technologies to attain definite tasks in our
lives.

            At
present, energetic and developing trends in digital technologies are leading to
a fundamental alteration in civilian expectations. Citizens are changing their
approach to interacting with, and relating to, government organisations and
services. The nature of these developing interactions is horizontal, empowering
and spontaneous. In many ways, the accurate opposite of the traditional
hierarchical, bureautic and rules based systems government developed over the
decades.

The fast pace of technology development over
the past decades give us new commerce models an unprecedented level of global
connectivity. These developments created huge quantity of data, which lead to
the fast rise of the “data field”. The new connected world of today is
producing data at a speed that is exceptional in human history. It is fairly
accurate that today more than three billon people are linked to the internet.
These three billon people are producing facts every moment of their digital
lives. If used productively, large data can be a powerful tool. A variety of
researchers have found a sturdy link between expensive data administration strategy
and monetary presentation of companies as it helps them get to promote faster
with products and services that are superior associated with client needs. It
has the similar management improvement possible for the public sector in terms
of better policy, more modified government services, and more useful and successful
distribution of resources. It can also lead to negative outcomes if used wrongly.

          DISADVANTAGES

The usage of phones has increased and
brings out major issues in digital world

1.
Our circle of friends as determined by
smart phone apps that match us people of similar interests will come from a
narrower cross-section of society, so we’ll have reduced contact with people of
dissimilar interests or beliefs.

2.
 One
in three can’t even keep in mind their own phone numbers. Because we find
everything out via Google, we are finding it increasingly hard to retain
information.

3.
Four out of five 18-30-years old are
unable to find the way without a satnav device. Moreover, 16 and 17-years-old
are lose the skill of joined-up writing.

4.
We are finding it harder to focus. A
variety of irrelevant stimuli tent to divert us more than ever before.

5.
We are socializing in a different way.
Talking in person is “risky” and “awkward”, so texting is favoured. People are
no longer able to read facial expressions.

6.
The internet is addictive.

7.
Experienced web users have a tendency to
be deficient in decision-making and short-term memory.

8.
We are ruder more and more people are
using their smart phone while socializing.

9.
Privacy is vanishing quickly.

10.
Constant communication is making many of
us nervous.

            With the advancement of
mechanization, teachers are not equally trained with its correct implementation.
Thus learners are just using technology instead of getting hold of knowledge
from it. Therefore, technology should be combined with this method of teaching
to make the learners brain keeps working instead of being totally dependent on
them.

It is the human being who built
technology not the technology that produced a human. As humans are not
error-free, in the same way technology too does not come error-free. There are
lots of problems which take oodles of time to troubleshoot it, therefore,
hindering the learning process which can sometimes be a matter of disturbance
both for the learners and educators. With the speeding development of
technology, the websites higher in search engines, so they only focus on
rankings instead of the content that they are posting.

The mechanized world is making you
more and more lazy giving all the powers to manage everything by a click of
mouse. Cheating is an illegal activity but technology made it more powerful and
easy to use with its great and easy to use with its powerful wings.

In recent days to keep equal pace
with technology educators are busy in educating the learners with its online
education tools instead of communicating orally that makes them unable to cooperate
with their teachers and share their problems openly to overcome it. Teachers
fail to draw student’s concentration.

Every day, scientists come with latest
discoveries and challenges that keep technology rolling every second.
Software’s keep on upgrading and if a teacher does not own technical skills, it
becomes difficult for him to implement it in the correct route. Therefore educator
have to be specialist in technical skills toor the school has to appoint
technical experts accumulation additional charge to their expenditures to
overcome these technical challenges.

Texting to defraud on tests or
assignments is an uprising problem in schools, student’s hope and consequences
should be made extremely dear in the school or class room AUP (Acceptable Use
Policy) regarding cell phone use.

 FINDINGS

From our analysis of the data
collected in the first three phases:

1.
Risk to the physical organism

2.
The risk of developing an uncreative result
for combating the problems recognized under the first point;

3.
The risk to personal principles
introduced through the growth of new technologies.

Apart from its effect on our mental
and social well being, spend a huge portion of the day in front of a screen can
lead to a panoply of bodily health issues.

Time identifies “computer vision syndrome” as
the difficult of inconvenience associated with extreme screen time, as well as
eyestrain, unclear vision, and dry eyes.

We all know that the internet can
be huge place for kids discover and learn but there are risks emotionally
involved.

SUGESTIONS

1.
Take breaks, both large and small. A
tech break can be as small as step away from your desk to take a little walk from
side to side the room or as large as declaring a technology shutdown for an whole
day each week.

2.
Check up your motivations.

3.
Give your work or leisure space an
ergonomic makeover. A better-placed desk chair or better lighting can make a vast
impact on your physical and emotional well-being.

Not remember to twinkle! It may noise
silly, but we tend to twinkle less         commonly than regular when using a PC.
If this doesn’t assist, try using fake tears.

6.
Take a 20-20-20 break. As an additional profit,
staring into the centre space can be a much-needed break for a tech additional
mind.

7.
Make sure your workspace conditions are most
favourable. Try to put your computer in a position with adequate lighting and
minimal glare, about 20 to 40 inches away from your eyes. Also, watch out for
air sources near your desk that can dry out your eyes.

8.
Try a mini-massage. Massaging the muscle
around your eyes can help combat weakness and tension.

9.
The windows operating system come with
the built in capability to protect children by blocking access to certain types
of sites, all the time or certain times of day.

CONCLUSION

Where there is a light there is gloominess.
Technology can make you fly higher and higher and higher in the sky but at the
same time it can even damage your life with its negative features. Technology
can improve your knowledge at the same time it can even lower your grade in
education. We should use technologies in a useful manner and we should not use
it in a wrong way.

REFERENCE

           The existing collections of general
reference web sites such as the Internet Public Library are useful preliminary
points in creating Virtual Ready Reference Collection but they don’t address
reference specific, local needs. The process of choosing the best websites for
a VRRC will improve the reference librarian’s knowledge.
